A guided walk designed and presented by children from Ulva School in 2011.
This guide was produced by Ulva School as part of the Great Escapes project in conjunction with the National Library of Scotland who have kindly given permission for its use. You can view the film here. - Walk around Kilbrennan
These four videos are the result of two people (one who lived at Kilbrennan for 27 years and the current resident) walking over the ground at Kilbrennan and discussing the significance of different parts of the landscape. There is some overlap between the different clips. The first clip has sound without any wind noice but there is someintrusive wind noise in the three other clips- hopefully, though you can still hear most of the narrative.
Extended Trip - A single film showing a number of the features of Kilbrennan.
Burial Ground - Kilbrennan is the site of a burial ground and (possible) chapel.
Field and Midden - How just one field can hold different memories for people.
Humps and Bumps - There are a number of different landmarks that hold different meanings.
