The aim of this page is to establish and share information on who was resident in the area in three years, each 50 years apart, so providing a 'snapshot' of changes over 100 years. The years chosen are 1914, 1964 and 2014. Please note that all links will open in a new window.

This has been assembled from the replies to the New Year Survey, sent to all the houses in the area, and from the contributions made at the Caolas Ulbha Burns’ Supper, on February 1st, 2014, thus providing a snapshot of some residents and their friends and family on that date.
It would be lovely to be able to complete this record, as far as possible. So if you and your house don’t appear on this record, and you would like to add something, then please get in touch to add your story to the archive.
